Sam Mabaya (50%)
With more than 15 years combined experience in the property sector and the public sector as a valuer, architect and health inspector, Sam Mabaya worked as Property Valuer for NEDBANK, De Leeuw Africa Valuers, Abalaing Valuers and DDP Valuers. He has vast experience in residential, commercial and agricultural valuations obtained over years of service.
Sam is registered as a Professional Valuer (Property Valuers Profession Council of South Africa, Registration no. 4232/7), and also as a Draughtsman (Architectural design) - SACAP Registration no. D1611.A founder Director and Shareholder of Makwanda Property Group, He is the Chief Executive Officer and Shareholder of Makwanda Property Group (construction company). He also worked as an Environmental Health Officer for the Department of Health for 17 years.
Hilda Mabaya (50%)
She handles all administrative and support systems of the business. With more than ten years combined experience in the financial sector (Old Mutual) and public sector, she ensures that all projects and services are delivered on time and within the budgets.
